How to Order an A Leg Up for Kids Stroller
- Step 1 - Call A Leg Up for Kids at (484) 667-7817 with your request.
- Step 2 - A volunteer will call back with some questions.
- Step 3 - Acquire written approval from the child's doctor. This is required by A Leg Up for Kids before a stroller can be delivered.
- Step 4 - Receive the stroller and instructions for use. Please note there is a 6 week lead time for delivery
